Great burgers! Hans was waiting our table and 20 more. The guy was never slacking. He had amazing recommendations and was super helpful with his knowledge about the menu. The food was really tasty. The burgers were all delicious. The cherry on top was the funnel cake fries. 10/10, would go again.
In Steamboat for a week and heard good things about this place and they were right. I had a double cheeseburger that was awesome and the biggest side sales ever. Staff was friendly and fast.
Phenomenal food. We came in as a party of 14 around 8pm. They were definitely busy, but got us in quickly. My husband and I split the portobello fries and were BLOWN away. So good. We ate the jalapeño popper burger and the black mamba burger. So. So. Good. And a huge shoutout to the sweet potato fries. Yummmm. Will absolutely be back!
Back door has unique, but very tasty burger options! My personal favorite is the la freak which has pineapple, peanut butter, sweet chili sauce, jalapeños and a closed second is the mahalo with swiss, pineapple, and teriyaki sauce!
Back Door Grill is a must-visit. The Dirty Harry burger perfectly blends all the flavors — juicy, bold, and super satisfying. Simple menu done really right. Definitely one of the best burger stops around.
Good food and solid service. Kinda pricey though. Enjoyed the spicy fried pickle appetizer. Very stale chips for the salsa and queso, which were underwhelming. The G6 burger was great for those who like a little kick. The How Ya Doin’ burger with cream cheese was a winner. Also enjoyed the peanut butter pie with ice cream dessert to share with the table. A little tight or cramped with the seating. Lots of TVs. Lively atmosphere. We had a 40 minute wait to get seated on a Saturday afternoon.
One of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time! We arrived around dinnertime and the main floor was pretty busy with a wait, so we headed upstairs and found an open table. Since it was St. Patrick’s Day, the female bartender suggested some Irish Car Bombs since they didn’t have any green beer. The staff was great, the food was fantastic, and the atmosphere was really fun.
This isn't just a burger spot, but the burgers were outstanding! The place is a vibe, great music, the service is so friendly and gave great recommendations. Ended up changing my burger order to my server's recommendation - the twilight zone. Amazing - One of those meals that will live rent free in my brain! Also best sweet potato fries I've ever heard. Wowww…this burger place was definitely worth it!! Decided to give the Twilight Zone a try after our server recommended it particularly because of the peanut butter sauce! I was skeptical, but it paired so well with the burger meat, cheddar and bacon! I also opted for a second patty, but that was unnecessary since these burger patties are already very thick. Our server was awesome and we were well taken care of. The dining room was very tight, but tables got freed up pretty quickly. They have a virtual Yelp wait list that you can join from your phone and our wait wasn’t bad at all. The ambiance is very cool too with dollar bills all over the walls and multiple TVs on with sports on. You can even ask for markers and a stapler so you can add your own dollar! Definitely recommend coming here!
Awesome burger joint! We went on a recommendation from a local and were so glad we did! We all ordered different burgers - from classic (the kids), though I got the black mamba (delicious! Fried egg and all)! Try the funnel cake fries for dessert, easily enough to share and so good. We ate upstairs which is a real sports bar (!), we were able to watch our out of market hockey game to our delight! If you bring a dollar bill, you can decorate it and staple to the wall or ceiling (my kid loved this). We will plan to stop back when next in town!
